3. Permitted Use

You may use InstDL only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you may:

  • Use our caption and font generators for your own social media content

  • Circumvent security — attempt to access private accounts, bypass Instagram's authentication, or circumvent any security measures
  • Illegal activity — use our service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Spread misinformation — download and redistribute content in a misleading or deceptive manner
  • Overload our servers — make excessive requests that unreasonably burden our infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

InstDL Content

The InstDL website, including its design, logo, blog content, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Third-Party Content

All Instagram content accessed through InstDL remains the intellectual property of the respective content creators and Instagram. InstDL does not claim any ownership over content processed through our service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content you access through InstDL.

AI-Generated Content

Captions generated by our AI caption generator are provided as suggestions. We make no claim of ownership over generated captions and you are free to use them. However, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, as we cannot guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or originality.

6. Copyright and DMCA

InstDL respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Policy and submit a takedown notice as described there.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers' access to our service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstDL is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any content downloaded through our service is free from copyright claims
  • The service will remain available or function correctly as Instagram changes its platform
  • AI-generated captions will be appropriate, accurate, or original

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstDL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our service — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of InstDL shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, given our free service, is zero).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InstDL and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of InstDL after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
